Below are some of our frequently asked questions:


1) CAN I EAT SUSHI PREGNANT?


Only the best is enough for us and for our fish supplier, Leroy Seafood Group, recognized as one of the best companies producing fish worldwide. Our salmon comes from Northern Norway where nurseries have the best score in all areas, ensuring the production of the best salmon for raw consumption.

All our processes follow the relevant food safety regulations. We regularly conduct microbiological analyzes and audits of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), an external certified food safety company.

Taking all this into account should have no problem in consuming our products. We advise, however, that if you have any questions, it is best to seek medical advice.


2) YOUR SUSHIS AND DISHES CONTAINS GLUTEN?


Neither the rice nor the vinegar we use contain gluten. However, we have breaded rolls (Tiger, Platano Tempura and Hosomaki Crunch) and rolls with shrimp (Ebi Tempura, Krispy and Spring Krispy Spicy) which contain gluten because they are breaded in Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs). In addition to sushi, other gluten-containing dishes are Yakisoba, Coquitos, Salmon Croquettes and Gyosas.

We warn you that there may be cross-contamination.

3) DO YOU PRACTICE ECOLOGICAL PROCESSES?


Yes. In all our stores we recycle all the trash. We also carry out awareness campaigns on the consumption of water and electricity.


4) DO YOU USE FISH FROM SUSTAINABLE SOURCES?


Absolutely. For us it is very important to know the origin of the food we use and to ensure that our fish complies with well managed and sustainable fishing regulations. Therefore, the tuna we use is the Yellowfin, which does not present threat of extinction.


5) DO YOU HAVE CLIENT CARDS AVAILABLE?

6) CAN I TAKE ACCESS TO THE ALERGENICS TABLE OF YOUR MENU?


This information is certainly available in the “Alergenics” section of our website menu.


7) WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SUSHI’S CONSUMPTION AFTER I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE?


All our sushi should be consumed up to 1 hour after purchase to maintain freshness, taste and quality. Our take away bags refer to this consumption period.


8) CAN I SUGGEST WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HANAMI?
